  • Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the tools, templates, or content without express written permission.
  • Violating WhatsApp's Terms of Service, Business Policy, or Commerce Policy.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • User Content: You retain all ownership rights to the content, data, and information you create or process using the Service.
  • Platform Property: All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding User Content), including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of Saya Webworks and its licensors.

Saya Webworks may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
